Peeeeuuuu! What’s that smell?
IF you sweat like crazy in the summer and want to squelch your armpit flow read on!
To expand, there are two types of glands in your body— Apocrine and Eccrine, both are located all over producing sweat using a mixture of salt and water. The Apocrine glands are more concentrated in areas where hair grows causing your body to produce more sweat in these areas…..Sodium, water and accrued bacteria mixes together often creating a body odor! The Eccrine glands bring fluid to the skin in an effort to cool you down when body temperatures rise.
To reduce your charged up sweat glands from over activating and setting you up for more BO cut down on sugar and alcohol. Drink lots more water and reach for lighter fare especially in the meat department! Instead of burgers, steaks n brats include more fish, salads and summer fruits. VOILA! you’ll find you sweat less and, most importantly produce less body odor!.
