Balance for your Skin and Bones!

Balance for your Skin and Bones!

Did you know that the appearance of wrinkles on your lovely face can indicate you are not producing enough elastin? AND, that less elastin and collagen are linked to the development of Osteoporosis? Too young to fret, right? well read on…Strike two! Once we move into menopause women are at a higher risk of developing bone density issues which can lead to worrisome bone health! Also if you sleep less hours than is wise (less than 8 hrs per nite) you will actually create MORE wrinkles simply because the body doesn’t have enough sleep time to produce ample collagen and elastin.
Sleep sweet sleep is highly underrated! BUT here’s another little caveat…. Too little sleep can lead to adrenal exhaustion hence trigger high blood pressure. Women with high blood pressure, who are dehydrated, who smoke ALL tend to have more wrinkles therefore increase their risk of developing diseases such as Osteopenia and Osteoporosis prematurely!
