Essential Fatty Acids

Essential Fatty Acids

Here’s a leap of faith! All fats are NOT bad. Really! Find out how to keep your brain plump and working awesomely!

For over 65 years Americans have been extremely fat deprived, particularly for ESSENTIAL (i.e., necessary for a healthy life fatty acids). Sadly, the attitude held by most is that ALL fats are bad (and NO fats EVER — is good)! This is why so many people across the globe are getting fatter while loosing our marbles too young!
By the way, did you know the human brain is composed of approximately 60% fat?
Referred to as Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 Fatty Acids, these “great for you fats” are referred to as “Essential”. Your body cannot make these fats. They must, be given to your body daily, consumed directly from foods and/or clean, sourced organic oils or organic petroleum-free supplements.

Omega 3’s are the “brain builders”
Omega 6’s are “hormone builders”
Omega 9’s are anti-viral!

Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids can be found in oils such as – ORGANIC ONLY – Coconut, Sesame, Olive and Ghee oils, plus cold water fish, raw seeds, nuts and mor. These fats must be consumed daily to create healthy cells, beautiful skin, a happy and cogent brain, a robust and substantial hormonal bank account to protect your heart, build supple and flexible bones and muscles, decrease inflammation, control blood sugar, lower cholesterol and keep you juicy from the inside out – from head to toe!
