What’s the BEST in Coconut Oil?

What’s the BEST in Coconut Oil?

Now that the amazing over the top benefits of Coconut oil are popping up everywhere…I encourage you to be a wee bit investigative AND find out for yourself if the products you are purchasing at the best possible price …and putting into your body are actually ideal/great and as healthy as they should be for your precious temple!
So here is a brief overview on refined vs unrefined…….
Unrefined: originally contains more nutrients such as 17 Amino Acids, B vitamins, Potassium, Iron and fiber however most of this is lost in the processing!
Also can tend to be be somewhat more allergenic for some people.
Refined: tends to be more hypo allergenic, better for the gut plus, and, for those who cook with coconut oil refined has a higher smoke point which lauds at somewhere between 400 and 450 degrees! VERY STABLE!
HOW the company actually refines their coconut oil is the 50 million dollar question!
Companies can use bleaching, chemical solvents etc to refine their oils OR
the can do it the right way and use an EXPELLER PRESSED process which leaves the refined oil containing NO Hydrogenated/Trans fats!
Best to call the company and ask which process they use to refine their product,,,,,
