Capsaicin: Lose Weight Eating Tabasco Sauce

I’m reading For Women First and the front cover of the magazine denotes that capsaicin makes fat cells self-destruct. The article states that capsaicin found in hot chili peppers, Tabasco sauce and jalopenos works similar to ephedra without harming your heart. But if you have a tender stomach, eating these food items is certainley not a good idea. Is capsaicin in your meal plan for weight loss? All one needs to do is to ingest 3g per day or 3,000mg of capsaicin to actively burn “brown” fat. I have a dear friend who is totally addicted to Tabasco and consumes it daily. He’s lean as can be and puts capsaicin on everything. So here’s the question: How many of the women reading this blog would offer their bodies up for “capsaicin science” and take 3g daily for one month to burn fat fast? Let me know.
