Hot Summer Days Causing Overheating?
Do you overheat easily on hot summer days…. Or, more so during summertime workouts? Here’s an AWESOME tip to cool you down wherever your feeling overheated! Try chilling your hands….. cooling the palms of your paws helps to circulate blood while pulling heat from the body! This really cool study conducted at the University of Medicine/Stanford had people grasp cooling devices (I suggest ice wrapped in a wet cloth or an iced water bottle). Findings? Workouts could be sustained longer AND participants were able to stick to a committed regime!
