ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS

For over 65 years Americans have been extremely fat deprived, particularly for ESSENTIAL (i.e., necessary for a healthy life fatty acids). Sadly, the attitude held by most is that ALL fats are bad (and NO fats EVER — is good)! This is why so many people across the globe are getting fatter while loosing our marbles too young!
By the way, did you know the human brain is composed of approximately 60% fat?
Referred to as Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 Fatty Acids, these “great for you fats” are referred to as “Essential”. Your body cannot make these fats. They must, be given to your body daily, consumed directly from foods and/or clean, sourced organic oils or organic petroleum-free supplements.
