Olive oh Olive! often referred to as the “fruit of life” in biblical days these lil guys are an awesome snack to help Blast Fat FAST! For those of us who do not “adore” the taste of these fabulous, healthy juicy pudge balls …….here is an easy breezy recipe you can slap together literally in 2-3 minutes!

You will NOW adore the taste of olives by adding/adjusting the amount of any of these additional ingredients!
Take 1 jar of pitted olives (black OR green) (12-16 oz) drain the water…
Toss into a Vitamix, Cuisinart or Super blender—–
Throw in 1/4 to 1/3 cup Olive oil
Add 1-2 cups Pine Nuts (depends how creamy you like the texture)
Add 1/3 to 3/4 cups of Pecorino parmesan cheese. (depends on how much your buds like salty )
NOTE: you can also use Drunken goat or Brie cheese as an option
Blend away til smooth and whipped consistency
Eat with: Gluten Free Brown rice crackers, celery, carrots, broccoli or cucumber circles!
This snack will keep your blood sugar from spiking IF you haven’t eaten enough BEFORE going out for that evening cocktail or beer!
